INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 250g white chocolate (1/4 is for topping)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup all-pupose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (bourbon)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 250g white chocolate (1/4 is for topping)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup all-pupose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (bourbon)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/2 cup cashews

DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare 2 mixing bowls. Measure 1 and a half cup of flour into one of them. Add 1 tsp baking powder, salt, and sugar to it.
2. Melt the butter. Add all the wet ingredients in the other mixing bowl, whisk them all together and pour them into the dry ingredients. Creating an even batter.
3. Clean one of the mixing bowls and separate the batter into 2 batches. Add 3 tsp of Matcha into one of them.
4. Cut the white chocolate and the cashews into finer pieces.
5. Melt about 3/4 of the white chocolate and add it to the batter without the Matcha. Save the rest.
6. Place parchment paper in a baking pan or ceramic dish. Take a spoonful of batter from each side to create a two coloured dough. Keep spooning them one by one and spread it evenly when you are done.
7. Sprinkle over the rest of the white chocolate and bake it for 25mins on 360F.
8. Let it cool a little before cutting it. Bon Appetit! :)
