Matcha Coconut Yogurt Bark

Matcha Coconut Yogurt Bark
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/4 cup Coconut Yogurt
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional! - taste your yogurt base first it might be sweet enough)

Optional: Coconut flakes for decoration and dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place parshment paper into a ceramic dish (any shape).
2. Measure and add the coconut yogurt, maple syrup and the matcha powder to a mixing bowl and create an even mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into the ceramic dish.
4. Decorate it with cashews, dried cranberries, and coconut flakes.
5. Place it into the freezer for at least 2 hours.
6. Enjoy it right after serving! - it melts quickly :)
